🔹Towny Rules

1. Harassing a town is not allowed. This includes blocking a town from expanding, severely destroying the wilderness outside of a town, or entering a town you are outlawed in.

2. Claiming for-sale town plots without clear permission from the town staff is not allowed.

3. Advertisements or spamming useless/severely overpriced items on /ah is not allowed.

4. Being on the roof of the nether is not allowed.

5. Player cannot be kicked from their town plot(s) unless they have been offline 30+ days or have had a clear 30+ days notice to move.

6. Towns can be removed once all town residents have been offline 60+ days.

7. Players will automatically have their /res data reset once they have been offline 60 days, no exceptions.

8. Players cannot fill their town with "Throwaway" accounts for more town claims.

9. AFK crop farming is not allowed. If you are caught AFK crop farming, you will be punished accordingly. (AFK crop farming does not include AFKing spawners and such. It only refers to when your character actively breaks crops while you are AFK.)

10. Player are no longer allowed to grief up to 3 chunks outside of claims

11. Player are not allowed to use alts to get multiple rewards from the envoy events. It is one envoy per person. If you are caught violating this, you will be punished accordingly.

12. Player are limited to four "paid alts." You are allowed to have more than four alts on at a time, however they must not be doing anything that gives money. For example: they could AFK a farm or spawners, but they cannot AFK a brewer/cooker and be making money from it. To clarify, you are allowed three alts + one main (or four alts if you choose)
